In this workshop, the ancient practice of haka meets personal development & empowerment, allowing you to explore your strength and emotions in a safer, supportive environment.

This workshop – open to everyone, no previous experience required – is a personal journey and a connecting group experience.

🥗 Food & Breaks: light veggie snacks and refreshments will be available during short breaks. For the longer lunch break, please bring a packed lunch – note that unfortunately there’s no kitchen to heat food. Alternatively, there are bars and restaurants nearby, and a park just around the corner if you’d like to enjoy your lunch outdoors.

• Find Your Focus – with Esther (Friday 24.10 afternoon)  
  A preparation session to clear your mind, set your intention, and get ready to enter haka with presence and clarity.

• Walk the Warrior Path – with Marco (Sunday 25.10 time to be agreed) 
  I help you take the fire of haka into your real life. Together, we’ll use your newly found inner warrior to face challenges, make strong choices, and take your next steps with clarity and confidence.

These private sessions will take place at Gewahr Sein Praxis, Pillbergstraße 112b, 6136 Pill.

Who am I?
Hi, I’m Marco Moriggi, and I am a Lebens- und Sozialberater (Life Coach) in training. I am also a Playfight Facilitator, and a Haka teacher.
In my workshops, vulnerability and strength go hand in hand. Body-based connection goes beyond words. Self-responsibility is a pillar for community support. I share what I’ve learned with care, respect, and gratitude to those who have generously shared their knowledge, while I also recognize that there is always more to learn, both for me and for all of us.
