A HAKA Workshop
… could be a very important step on your development path. It can kick-off your process of leaving behind toxic relationships and habits. It could give you new tools to control your aggression and use it as a powerful fuel in your daily life. It could give you access to that inner motivation that you need to pursue your life goals.
First you will discover the cultural background of haka, the profound meaning and symbolism behind it. Then you will learn how to use the power of your body and voice to perform a simple yet extremely powerful haka. Through this experience, you will gain new tools to purposely step into the Warrior archetype, access its qualities, and use the energy of anger in a healthy empowering way.
A haka workshop is at the same time a personal journey and a connecting group adventure.
Sessions take place in (basic) English.
