DESCRIPTION:The Power of Whānau (Family): Haka Experience\n\nPowerful, confident and motivated like never before, yet fully safe within yourself. \nMay the breath of Haka start a fire in you and awaken the transformative power of your inner warrior – a warrior that will walk with you for the rest of your life.\nIn this workshop, the ancient practice of haka meets personal development & empowerment, allowing you to explore your strength and emotions in a safer, supportive environment.\n\n👉 This special edition is dedicated to the theme of whānau – family. In Māori culture, whānau is not limited to relatives: it is about the deep bonds of connection and belonging that unite us with those around us. Together, we will honour three layers of whānau (family):\n\n\nthe inner whānau, nurturing our ability to parent and support ourselves from within\n\n\nthe living whānau, the people with whom we share this life path and deep relationships\n\n\nthe ancestral whānau, our tūpuna (ancestors) and all who will come after us, connected through whakapapa (genealogy).\n\n\nBy exploring whānau in all these dimensions, we expand our sense of unity and discover how strength multiplies when it is shared in family, community and beyond.\n\nIn this haka experience, open to all genders, you will be invited to:\n\n\nlearn how to access and use the energy of your inner warrior to face real life challenges\nlearn how to feel and show your  power and even anger while being fully in control and safe for yourself and others\nlearn haka cultural background, profound meaning and symbolism\nuse your body and voice to learn and perform an extremely powerful haka\nexperience in your body how power & love can coexist, sharing a beautiful message of strength, pride and unity among nature, humanity and genders.\n\nThis workshop – open to everyone, no previous experience required – is a personal journey and a connecting group experience.\n\n🥤 Light veggie snacks and refreshments will be provided during short breaks.\n🥘 Please bring your own packed lunch for the longer break. There is a kitchen to warm you food up.\n\nWorkshop structure:\n– Arrival 09:00\n– Start 09:30\n– Morning session 09:30-13:00\n– Lunch break 13:00-14:00\n– Afternoon session 14:00-16:00\n\nWhere: Tanz*Hotel – Studio 1, Zirkusgasse 35/4-6, 1020 Wien.\n\nMax. 10 spots available.\nREGISTER HERE: click to fill out the form.\n\nOpen to everyone from 16 years onwards.\n🎟 Sliding scale price based on your capacity – If cost is a concern, contact me – contact@my-power.at ( contact@my-power.at ) – and explain me your situation.
