DESCRIPTION:\nTHE WARRIOR WITHIN: HAKA EXPERIENCE\n\n\nPowerful, confident and motivated like never before, yet fully safe within yourself. \nMay the breath of Haka start a fire in you and awaken the transformative power of your inner warrior – a warrior that will walk with you for the rest of your life.\nIn this workshop, the ancient practice of haka meets personal development & empowerment, allowing you to explore your strength and emotions in a safer, supportive environment.\n\nIn this 6-hours experience, open to all genders, you will be invited to:\n\n\nlearn how to access and use the energy of your inner warrior to face real life challenges\nlearn how to feel and show your  power and even anger while being fully in control and safe for yourself and others\nlearn haka cultural background, profound meaning and symbolism\nuse your body and voice to learn and perform an extremely powerful haka\nexperience in your body how power & love can coexist, sharing a beautiful message of strength, pride and unity among nature, humanity and genders.\n\nThis workshop – open to everyone, no previous experience required – is a personal journey and a connecting group experience.\n\nLight veggie snacks and refreshments will be provided during short breaks.
